Liz worked for me as an evening babysitter & proxy parent. When babysitting,
Liz assisted with my boys' evening routines including meal, homework, bath etc.
Liz worked as a proxy parent for me for one period of two weeks, and one period
of one week whilst I was out of the country. During these periods of time, Liz
had sole charge of my boys from Sun eve through until Fri eve. Liz provided
my sons with security & consistency whilst I was away and I was able to trust
that my sons would be well looked after in her care.

Liz did some night nanny work for us starting when our little boy was 5
weeks old. It was so wonderful to have someone who you can trust looking after
your precious bundle so that you can have a good nights sleep and re-charge
your batteries. We sometimes asked Liz to arrive a little earlier so that we
could go out for a meal in the evenings, she was also sometimes able to stay
later in the mornings to allow us the luxury of a lie-in! I wish I had discovered
her earlier!! Liz has also worked for us as a proxy parent; she had sole charge
of our son for 26hrs whilst we went away for the night.

who was born with a cleft palate. Liz did 2/3 nights per week for us whilst
my partner & I caught up on sleep. 'S' was 3 weeks old when Liz started working
for us. Liz has also worked for me as an evening babysitter and ad-hoc daytime
nanny including looking after my youngest child following an operation when
she was unable to attend nursery. Liz is confident with all aspects of baby
& toddler care and I was happy to leave my children with her.

listened to my older daughter read, prepared meals for the children and supervised
